The bike is secured safely and without any risk of damage at 4 points, specifically at the wheels—both front and rear, as well as top and bottom. No clamps are attached to the frame, preventing any frame damage. A gas spring continuously presses the bike into the wheel channel. The hooks holding the bike are height-adjustable, allowing virtually any bike to be secured, from children’s bikes to 29″ models. No tools are required to secure the bike.
The VK carrier can be installed in a van or on a trailer. The VK Carrier comes with 2 M10 bolts and nuts used to mount the bike carrier onto a flat loading floor.
In combination with other VK bike carrier(s), this carrier offers limitless positioning possibilities, such as accommodating tandems, tricycles, cargo bikes, etc.
