- How does the warranty process work?
The best approach is to send an email describing the problem, preferably accompanied by several clear photographs. For warranty claims on VK bicycle protection covers, the damaged cover must always be returned.
- Do all bicycles fit on the VK Bicycle Carrier?
Yes, all bicycles (including children's bicycles and scooters) fit on the VK Bicycle Carrier.
- Do I need tools to secure the bicycles?
No, you do not need any tools.
- What are the dimensions and what is the weight?

- Can I also place a children's bicycle on the VK Bicycle Carrier?
Yes, that is possible.
- How do I secure all bicycles against theft?
VK recommends purchasing a high-quality plastic-coated steel cable and creating two loops. You pull this cable through all bicycle frames and secure the cable at the loops with a high-quality cylinder lock.
A cable lock with a VK double lock is available from VK.
- We only have e-bikes and/or racing bikes. Which carrier do you recommend?
In that case, we recommend the carrier for 5 or 4 bicycles.
